Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Content located in Gurugram. The role involves creating and overseeing content strategy, managing content creation and development, and providing editorial direction. The Head of Content will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content is effective and aligned with the business goals. The role may require some remote work.


Responsibilities:-


  • Lead a team of content writers 
  • Understand client expectations and deliver them hassle-free
  • Day-to-day management and delivery of content
  • Will to put in hard yards 
  • Understanding of best practices, especially pillar content 
  • Compulsory experience in delivering high-quality content across categories 
  • Important to be updated on start-up space in India and globally 
  • Understanding of technology and its applications
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Responsible for P&L of cluster 
  • Ability to seamlessly deliver error-free work and manage a team

  • Content Strategy and Content Management skills
  • Excellent Writing skills
  • Experience in Content Development
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a leadership role in a content creation or advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field


Experience - 3-5 years
