Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer at Calibr in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion designs, graphics, video production, and storyboarding for interactive courses and content on the platform.


Qualifications

  • Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills
  • Graphics and Video Production proficiency
  • Storyboarding experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in e-learning or education technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field

Responsibilities


  • Able to create different types of videos(YouTube explainer, Animated video, etc) for adult learning courses using different platforms.
  • Create visually stunning and compelling motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual effects for our digital marketing campaigns.
  • Establish the look and feel of the products
  • Design and produce motion graphics assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  • To Create Logo, Icons, Infographics 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and project managers to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Implement cutting-edge animation techniques and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Optimize and export motion graphics files for different platforms and formats.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
  • Creativity: A unique ability to turn complex ideas into visually compelling graphics.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail and consistency in visual elements.
