Requirements :


We are seeking a talented and creative Lead Visual Designer to join our team. The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for overseeing the visual development and execution of our projects. This role requires a keen eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Design Oversight : Lead the visual design team in creating compelling digital assets across various platforms including web, mobile, and social media.

- Strategic Development : Conceptualize and implement visual design strategies that align with the company's objectives.

- Quality Control : Maintain high design standards from concept to execution, ensuring cohesiveness and attention to detail.

- Team Development : Mentor and support the professional growth of the design team members.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Present design visions and iterations to stakeholders, integrating feedback into project outcomes.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Experience : At least 5 years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design software.

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
