Test Manager with Service Assurance (1 position)
Location: Preferred PAN India Tekskills locations
Mode of work: WFO/Hybrid is must.
Immediate joiners only
Must require skills: Service assurance and Service operations
CRITICAL for JD: Fault monitoring tools like– Netcool, Smarts any similar tools
Telecom experience is preferred.
Resource having experience between 10 to 12 years (8 to 10 years relevant experience).
Strong knowledge and experience in testing life cycle like Requirement analysis, Test planning, Execution and reporting.
Testing Experience in Service Assurance, Service Operations and Fault Monitoring
Technical/ experience in telecoms or related industry.
Experience in OSS and BSS
Exposure to Defect Management Tool (preferably ADO)
System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing Management, Operations Readiness Testing Management.
Support UAT, including obtaining sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production
Effectively collaborate and communicate and builds rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Computer Science or Information Technology
- A degree in a related field, Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics
- Master's Degree (preferred but not mandatory) in relevant fields such as Telecom, Information Systems, or Business Administration
