JD as below :

Perform day-to-day network services operations and administration including monitoring, alerting and performance metrics

Port/Interface Issues in the Network

Monitor Traffic of the DIA Links - STC, Cyberia, Mobily through PRTG monitors

Monitor Board Meetings through Microsoft Teams Admin Panels

Manage Recorded calls of the configured users

Cisco Unity Connection - Voicemail Management,

CUCM version upgrade, minor and major with all the components like FTP, cisco presence , unity, cisco express , call manager, DSP and User mgmt.

Perform health check of Genesys servers and take proactive measures to mitigate the issues.

Perform administration tasks such as user creation, licensing allocation, SIP provisioning in the Genesys environment so that the call center Agents have a smooth experience.

Enable required permission to supervisors to view the agent reports and to the dashboard

Generate and analyze daily bandwidth utilization, Wi-Fi user, and Teams connectivity reports.

Board Meeting - Monitor and address real-time network issues during board meetings to ensure smooth communication.

Manage LAN, WAN and internet routing

Manage Internal and external firewalls

Manage the server zones core and DMZ

Manage the bandwidth for LAN, WAN and internet

Manage Routers, Switches, Links, Wireless Access points, Network Appliances

Troubleshooting of routine network issues and escalate to Management

Implementing SNMP on devices to allow network management.

Implement access control lists (ACL's) as per the agreed access policies

Manage the Load balancers between the servers

Router/Switch IOS version upgrade identification/Notification

Capable of handling major product version upgrades which needs re-design and / or re-implementation

Performing Switch, Router, port, VLAN configurations

IP Phone Configuration with the extension Numbers

Maintaining and enhancing Video-Solution

Implement access control lists (ACL's) as per the agreed access policies

Planning and execution of DR Drills

Communicate with service provider and vendors

Manage all the network devices and perform their routine backup (Firewalls, Routers, LBRs, Switches)

IP Phone Configuration with the extension Numbers

Configuring Network Settings like DHCP Address, TFTP address, DNS, SM
