Industry: Polymer TradingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase and Sales Coordinator to oversee procurement and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication and writing skills, along with the ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Source and procure raw materials. Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers. Manage inventory levels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues.Sales Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide quotes. Manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Communicate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments. Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and suggest strategies.Administrative Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory. Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Strategic Planning Identify areas for sales and operational improvements. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives for revenue enhancement. Implement efficient procurement and sales strategies to optimize profitability.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or B. Com 3-5 years of experience in purchase and sales coordination. Excellent English writing, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Desirable (Bonus Points If You Have) Experience in the polymer industry. Knowledge of import procedures.
