Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at WCube in Jaipur, with the flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing B2B sales, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Ahmedabad region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Create actionable sales plans for the team, blending field and remote efforts.
2. Hybrid Team Management
- Lead a hybrid sales team, ensuring effective coordination between field activities and virtual reporting.
- Conduct regular team meetings virtually or during scheduled office visits to track progress and address challenges.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve individual targets.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and onboard potential B2B clients in the Ahmedabad region.
- Conduct on-site client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand client needs.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.
4. Field and Revenue Focus
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure team members maximize client-facing time and generate leads.
- Monitor and guide the team to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective RFQ-to-PO conversion.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts during client visits and virtual discussions.
5. Flexible Office Attendance
- Attend the office periodically for strategy discussions, management meetings, and team coordination as required.
- Enable flexibility for team members to balance field activities and work-from-home tasks.
6. Reporting and Coordination
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the centralized sourcing team for seamless RFQ and PO processing.
- Work with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
7. Market Expansion and Networking
- Focus on expanding WCube’s presence in Ahmedabad by targeting key industries like facility management, manufacturing, and office spaces.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business networking sessions.
8. Problem-Solving and Escalations
- Handle escalations from clients or team members promptly and effectively.
- Assist the team in resolving complex client issues during field interactions or negotiations.
9. Compliance and Data Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines across all sales activities.
Key Metrics for Success
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets for the region.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- RFQ to PO conversion rate improvement.
- Number of new clients acquired
- Sales team performance, including adherence to hybrid schedules and targets.
