TCS Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors - Onboarding (SF-ONB)Experience Range : 05 To 14 YrsJob Location : Pan IndiaJOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities or expectations from the role:- Should be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.- Good Understanding and alignment with organizational goals and streamlining recruitment/onboarding processes.- To Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.- Collaborated with key stakeholders to define and document recruitment processes, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.- Conducted end-user training sessions, creating, and delivering user-friendly documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.- Exposure to lead the workshops of requirement gathering- Exposure to change Management Activities for digitization like Change Agents, change management- Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature.- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.Minimum Qualification:15 years of full-time education
