Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. - Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes. - Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. - Assist in the boarding and de-boarding process. - Handle baggage and cargo handling. - Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations. - Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight data. - Handle cash and credit card transactions. - Monitor flight arrivals and departures. - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the airport and aircraft. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good knowledge of computer systems and reservation software. - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. - Ability to handle stress and work under pressure. - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods. - No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply.
