Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

*Execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

*Analyse performance using insights/analytics and refine campaigns for growth.

*Assist with community engagement (comments, DMs, collaborations).

Content Creation & Design Support

*Create social media content (posts, reels, stories) using Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI-powered tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.).

*Support product shoots with moodboards, styling inputs, and coordination.

*Assist in design documentation: print placements, lookbooks, catalogues, and presentations.

*Write captions, blogs, and micro-stories aligned with the brand's sustainability narrative.

Creative & AI Innovation

*Explore and integrate AI tools for faster content ideation and design mockups.

*Assist the creative head with trend research, design ideas, and digital visualisation.

*Experiment with new media formats (interactive posts, AR try-ons, AI-assisted visuals).

Startup Support & Operations

*Be hands-on during launches, exhibitions, and pop-ups — from packaging to display setup.

*Contribute ideas for product development, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.

*Take ownership of small projects and deliver end-to-end.

Skills & Tools

*Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva.

*Familiarity with AI tools for content creation & design.

*Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.

*Strong communication skills – storytelling, copywriting, and brand voice.

*Passion for sustainable fashion and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Fashion, Business, or related field.

*1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, design assistance, or content creation (internship + work experience considered).

*Startup or fashion brand exposure is a plus.
