The Compliance Analyst 4 role requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle highly sensitive information, possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills, maintain a high-level of productivity, and effectively balance between day to day tasks and larger projects which may be assigned to you (usually to work as a team with others) . You must be curious, understand business priorities (and prioritize work tasks accordingly), proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements, while promoting a strong code of ethics and integrity within a company's operations. You will be a team player, willing to learn new skills and assist where needed, and always ready to respond in timely manner, including during outside India time office hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and approve Gifts, Travel, Entertainment, meals, etc. for third party courtesy requests globally – that requires candidates to provide support during few hours of Pacific Time (PST) Provide support on various projects as assigned by compliance manager and theatre director. Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of risk management processes; partner across multiple divisions to execute. Determine and order appropriate background checks of channel partners. Review background check reports and summarize red flags in the required forms. If required, conduct additional research/order checks and coordinate with relevant Juniper personnel to clarify or confirm the red flags. Consolidate and escalate summary reports to appropriate Juniper approvers. Collate approvals and update the necessary Juniper personnel and systems/spreadsheets accordingly. 5 years’ experience, preferably in Ethics and Compliance, Anti-Corruption AML/KYC operations, sanctions screening, channel compliance, due diligence and/or operational risk management Review and approve Marketing Development Funds (MDF) requests globally. Assist business and process owners with assessing compliance to control requirements, self-assessing technology control design and performance, and inspecting evidence of control design and operation. Assess the adequacy of controls and their ongoing effectiveness. If required, update any applicable policy/process/procedure documents. Analyze the red flags and implement remediation actions accordingly. Regular 2-way communication both internally and externally to suggest, clarify on any compliance related matters. Review and approve vendor/supplier additions and on-boarding process. Review the Non-Standard Pricing Deals from Compliance standpoint and approve.Skill Sets/Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferably in business, finance, law or operations 7-8 years of relevant experience Computer literate with good MS office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) skills Excellent communication and report writing skills An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulationsYou will have possess the drive for investigating, analysing and problem solving; great partnership and collaboration skills, and communication skills; and the ability to understand the details, as well as synthesize them into meaningful recommendations, conclusions, and management reporting.
