Medical Annotation Trainer

As a Medical Annotations trainer, we are looking for a doctor (MBBS) who has:Good clinical knowledge 2 plus years of experience in various clinical departments of a large hospitalAwareness of different medical coding systems like SNOMED, RxNorm, CPT, ICD 10, LOINC.Has experience in a training role and has the following competencies:A. Training needs assessment through:1. Review and assessment of the project objectives2. Evaluation of skillset and knowledge base of new annotators3. Evaluation of performance of annotators4. Review of client and management feedbackB. Creation of training programsC. Preparation of learning materials for training programsD. Develop onboarding programs for new annotatorsE. Conduct surveys to gauge effectiveness of training programsF. Regularly evaluate the work produced by annotators to assess whether it meets quality standards.Other requirements:1. Good written and oral communications skills2. Capacity to foster a healthy, stimulating work environment that harnesses teamwork.3. Keen Interest in future digital skills such as working with artificial intelligence and data.4. High orientation to detail, is a patient, self-motivated worker who loves to learn new processes and technologiesAnnotations trainers responsibilitiesAs a Trainer, your central role revolves around enhancing the annotators understanding of the medical record, the data within it and the correct annotation methodology that should be applied to it. Your responsibilities include designing training courses, leading training sessions, assessing the training's impact, and providing one-on-one mentorship. Your goal is to ensure that the team of annotators is skilled, confident, and aligned with the customers medical data annotation objectives and the company's policies and procedures. You will be responsible for conducting periodic quality checks on the annotators output.Location : Noida Sector 62Shift Timing : 9:30pm-6:30am (9hrs)Work Mode : Work from office
