Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packing Manager located in Muthukur. The Packing Manager will oversee and manage packing operations, ensure quality control standards are met, and coordinate with various departments to meet production deadlines. Responsibilities also include inventory management, maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting packing equipment issues, and optimizing packing processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing packing operations and ensuring adherence to quality control standards
  • Proficiency in inventory management and coordination with different departments
  • Ability to maintain and enforce safety standards in the packing process
  • Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing packing equipment and processes
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the food or edible oil industry is advantageous
