As a Sales Executive, you will collaborate with the Content team to transition doctors' static profiles to dynamic video profiles on our platform. This role involves actively engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell this innovative product concept.

Key Responsibilities:

- Profile Transformation: Work with the Content team to convert healthcare professionals' profiles into dynamic video profiles on our platform.- Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to healthcare professionals to introduce and sell the new video profile product.- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.- Partnership Development: Identify high-demand doctors and discuss potential partnerships.- Customer Acquisition: Take charge of customer acquisition in a specific area, ensuring high satisfaction levels.- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulations to shape sales strategies.- Feedback Loop: Provide timely feedback to internal teams on market insights, customer needs, and product improvements.- Market Expansion: Strategize, launch, and expand business operations in new markets.- Lead Generation: Generate leads to find providers interested in working with us.- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with key stakeholders, including doctors, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, from lead generation to doctors going live.- SLA Management: Review SLAs with doctors periodically and resolve any issues.- Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and maintain high motivation levels across the team.- Problem Solving: Understand team challenges and provide long-term solutions, collaborating with various functions such as product, analytics, marketing, and sales excellence.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally in healthcare or technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, especially with doctors, and excellent communication skills to clearly explain our value proposition.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.- Ownership and Drive: Strong sense of ownership, drive, and flawless execution.

Must-Haves:

- 1 to 4 years of field sales experience.- Tech-savvy, motivated, and a team player.- Consultative sales approach with a willingness to learn.- History of achieving sales targets.- Good communication skills in English and a regional language.- Strong demonstration skills.- Trustworthiness, honesty, and assertiveness.
