Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop and own the product strategy and vision Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas Partner with cross-functional leadership team and define roadmap priorities Work closely with Design, Engineering and Architects to deliver the desired capabilities Engage with customers and partners to validate product enhancements Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners and Professional Services to drive market traction

Skills and Experience

10+ years of experience with 5 years of product management for B2B Applications and experience with leading the entire product lifecycle Define and own the required product roadmap based on the market landscape, competition, industry trend, etc. and arrive at an execution plan for prioritized list of investments. Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem Manages the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation and regular iteration with Agile Methodology. You are able to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and dive into the details. Should be skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders including Product managers, architects, and developers Strong analytical and communication skills
