We’re now hiring two remote, part-time engineers to join our fast-moving startup team Type: Part-time Contractor (~25 hours/week, remote) Compensation: ₹80,000 per month Experience: 3+ years Bonus: Performance-based bonuses twice a year, depending on project progress, individual evaluation, and company results. Responsibilities Develop backend APIs using Node.Js / TypeScript Manage Firebase Functions, Firestore, and Storage Integrate OpenAI, Google Maps, Stripe and other APIs Optimize performance and ensure data security Communicate and coordinate via Slack / Notion / GitHub Requirements 3+ years backend experience with Node.Js / TypeScript Strong knowledge of Firebase (Functions, Firestore, Auth) Fluent English communication Excellent self-management and remote work discipline Bonus: AI / OpenAI API experience
