We are seeking a seasoned Freelance Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist) to oversee and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads for Frizty. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, experienced in scaling D2C brands, and capable of executing high-ROI ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Analyze ad performance & optimize for better ROAS & lower CPA
  • A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies & landing pages
  • Work closely with the creative & marketing team to improve ad performance
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends & D2C performance marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in D2C Meta Ads marketing (preferably in personal care, health, or grooming brands)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, and Retargeting strategies
  • Experience in ad creatives, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Ability to interpret data & analytics to make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Experience handling large ad spend on Meta Ads (preferred)
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
