Job Description
Le cabinet euRHasi recrute pour son client un Ingénieur Avant-Projet / Chiffrage (H/F).
Notre client spécialisé dans la conception, la qualification, la production et la maintenance de produits composites, est fournisseur de rang dans les domaines de l’aérospatiale, du militaire, des télécommunications et du transport multimodal.
Votre fonction Rattaché(e) à la Direction Etude & Développement & Direction Programme, vous prenez en charge la gestion des « Appels d'offres » de nos clients.
En collaboration avec le Bureau d'Etude, le Service Commercial, les Unités de fabrication, la Qualité, vous assurez la formalisation de nos réponses (industrielles ; techniques et commerciales) en intégrant les objectifs d'optimisation des coûts et des délais de réalisation.
Vos principales missions
• Analyser les données d’entrée et communiquer avec le client pendant la phase d’appel d’offre
• Mettre en place un plan d’action nécessaire à la construction de notre offre multi métiers
• Analyser le dimensionnement industriel du projet (Charge/capacité ; Investissement ; Moyens...)
• Lancer une pré-étude « Conception de Produit » (Principes Constructifs ; Technologie la + adaptée...)
• Consulter les fournisseurs pour évaluer les coûts non-récurrents et récurrents (Outillages ; Matières...)
• Editer la Matrice de calcul des Coûts (NRC & RC) pour validation par la Direction Programme
• Rédiger les différents modules de notre offre (Gestion de projet ; Technique ; Industriel ; Supply Chain ; commercial...) pour validation par la Direction Programme
• Assurer le Support Commercial chez les clients pour aller défendre nos offres
Profil recherché
• De formation supérieure Bac +5, ingénieur mécanique/matériaux, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
(Support commercial ; Etude de prix...)
• La connaissance des exigences clients aéronautiques (ie : Grams ; Normes AIPI / IFMA...) est exigée.
• L’anglais courant est requis.
• Doté d’un excellent relationnel et d’une forte adaptabilité, vous vous distinguez par votre rigueur et votre esprit d’analyse.
L’autonomie, l’organisation, votre aisance à être force de propositions et à prendre des décisions vous permettront de relever les défis confiés
• Connaissances et/ou expérience dans le secteur aéronautique est primordiale.
Requirements
• De formation supérieure Bac +5, ingénieur mécanique/matériaux, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
