Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Human Resources (India & GCC) located in Bengaluru. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading the HR management team. The role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Minimum exp of 3-5 years in GCC is required.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
