- Accurate invoicing of customers by working closely with Sales Support and Sales team.
- Responding to customers in a timely manner in all accounts and billing queries.
- Monitor Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue.
- Reconciling trade debtors and trade creditors along with debt collection on a monthly basis.
- Reconciling of bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Checking contractors invoices and payroll manual journal.
- Between 2 - 7 years work experience.
- Hybrid work opportunity.
