Role Overview: Data Management Lead ✅ What We’re Looking For Mandatory expertise in MDM & RDM – this is non-negotiable. Hands-on experience with metadata management and data governance practices. Prior use of Informatica governance toolset (AXON, EDC, IDMC) highly desirable (training provided if needed). Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence, guide, and inspire at all levels. Exposure to Agile project delivery in a data context. Familiarity with BI tools (Cognos, Micro Strategy, etc.) and KPI frameworks . Solid understanding of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, C, etc). Bonus: Azure knowledge and external data enrichment experience. Excellent communication, organised, results-driven, able to juggle multiple projects. Good-to-Have Skills ???? Informatica Axon – Business glossaries, stewardship workflows ???? Any BI Tool – Cognos, Micro Strategy, Power BI, or equivalent ???? Why Join Claidroid?
