We have an exciting opportunity for Treasury Manager in our Global Treasury team. You will be responsible for managing banking relationships and supporting the Treasury activities of the business
What you'll do:
Managing the floating rate loan and interest rate swap accruals, along with quarterly interest settlements Maintaining strong controls over the issuance of bank guarantees Reviewing the weekly cash forecast and implications on short-term working capital Ongoing review of the group banking facilities, reporting, and ensuring accurate/timely settlement of obligations Establishing/maintaining good banking relationships Overseeing the stability of Kyriba (the new Treasury management system), ensuring accurate reporting of daily dashboards and using data to identify insights Optimizing cash to the cash pool, maximizing interest receivable opportunities while reducing bank charges Review of banking controls to manage banking access and payment processes Working as part of a team to ensure smooth Treasury operations across the group, with direct report Assisting the Head of Treasury with reporting Working with various financial systems and global finance teams direct report – Treasury SupervisorWho you are: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good understanding of derivatives (FX, IRS, FX forwards) Experience with Treasury risk management (FX, interest rate, credit, liquidity, funding) Experience in FX management and reporting in a multicurrency global company Technology proficient (Treasury management systems, General ledgers, Databases) Good communication skills for managing banking relationships Hands-on skillset to interpret large data volumesEducation, and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or other closely related field Qualified accountant or Treasury qualification, at least years of experienceCharacter and Personal Qualities:
