Qualification: - BE Chemical (only)
Experience:- 10 to 15 years
Candidates working for Chemical Manufacturing companies / Pharma - API will be considered for this role.
Job Description:-
- Coordinate for the compliance of duties as mentioned in Factory Act 1948 Section 40-B/ Occupational Safety and Health Code 2020, for a nominated Safety Officers of the company.- Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, HIRA, FMEA and other related Safety & Risk Studies/Survey.- Conduct RCA. and ensure all EHS incidents and/or accidents are thoroughly investigated and closed.- Coordinate for implementation of recommendations coming out from Process hazard or Qualitative Risk Assessment Study etc.- Conduct PSSR, Checks MOCs and provides safety clearance.- Lead, coordinate and participate in internal and external EHS audits. Ensure findings are closed out timely and take the lead in successful renewal of ISO14001 and ISO45001 & RC certifications.- Analyze EHS statistics, prepare reports/ dashboards, make recommendations, and implement effective control measures and procedures to eliminate/reduce the risk of reoccurrence.- Organize, communicate, coordinate and document Management Review Meetings for IMS for continual improvement in safety techniques and up gradation of SOPs.- Ensure the compliance and fulfilment of all safety related legal requirements, including third party Safety Audit or other legal related Requirement
