Roles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific:- Sports Specific for overall program implementation.- Lead training sessions at HCLFoundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.- Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.- Effectively working on creating Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of "Sports for Change Special Initiative".- Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations- Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.- Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. duringthe sports events.- The role would require extensive travel across India.- Effective engagement of HCL employees at "Sports for Change" competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).Opening in various sports: Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho Kho, Girl Cricket.Location: BengaluruExperience and qualification:- 2-4 years of experience working with sports associations, agencies, NGO's, Sports Foundations working in organizing Sports events, especially for children. Candidate having prior experience is mandatory.- Professional License Course (Preferably NIS/International Level Player/National Level Player)- Minimum qualification required (Mped/Bped).- Associated with District & State Level associations/ federation.
