**Job Title: Mid-Level Warehouse Supervisor**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Technosport Tirupur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inwards, outwards, inventory management, and returns management. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at TechnoSport. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the dispatching operations, ensuring efficient communication between departments, and adhering to DOT regulations. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving any delivery-related issues.


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inwards Management:**

  - Receive incoming shipments of apparel.

  - Verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders and packing lists.

  - Ensure timely and accurate recording of received goods in the inventory management system.

  - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.


2. **Outwards Management:**

  - Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders and warehouse to warehouse stock transfers.

  - Ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately picked and packed according to customer specifications.

  - Coordinate with courier services to schedule pickups and deliveries.

  - Maintain records of outgoing shipments and track their status until delivery.


3. **Inventory Management:**

  - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

  - Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

  - Monitor inventory levels of fast-moving and slow-moving items and adjust reorder quantities as needed.

  - Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock in a timely manner and prevent stockouts.


4. **Returns Management:**

  - Handle customer returns efficiently and accurately, following established return procedures.

  - Inspect returned items for damage and process returns according to company policies.

  - Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve return-related issues promptly.

  - Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for returning defective or damaged merchandise and obtaining replacements or refunds.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in an e-commerce or 3P warehouse environment.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
