Why we need you: We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and grow our organic presence in the highly competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO strategies and techniques, combined with specific expertise in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategies, and ensuring that our online properties rank well across all search engines to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and optimize SEO strategies tailored for the real estate market, focusing on local, national, and international property listings and services. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and developers to ensure effective SEO execution. On-Page Optimization: Oversee content strategies, keyword research, meta tags, and other on-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings. Off-Page SEO: Develop link-building strategies and outreach efforts to build domain authority and referral traffic from high-quality sources. Technical SEO: Ensure that all company websites are technically optimised for search engines, including site structure, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness. Local SEO: Develop and maintain a strong local SEO presence through Google My Business, local keywords, citations, and review management. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all content, including blogs, landing pages, and property descriptions. SEO Tools & Analytics: Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., to monitor website performance, rankings, and KPIs. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Performance Reporting: Provide detailed SEO performance reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of SEO experience in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate markets, property listing platforms, and buyer behaviors. Proven experience with technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO tactics, and local SEO strategies. Previous experience leading an SEO or digital marketing team, with strong leadership and project management skills. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present SEO findings and strategies to senior management.
