  • Innovate and improveteaching methods and processes based on past classroomexperiences/
  • To upgradeselfknowledge across all courses offered by IIDE ranging fromSocial Media Marketing AdWords SEO Email Marketing Mobile MarketingORM Website Development etc.
  • To beable to customize and deliver course material to both individualsand groups depending upon their existing understanding of thetopic.
OtherDay to DayResponsibilities:
  • Tobe on the constant hunt for case studies trends and best practicesin the digital space to be able to provide the right references inclass
  • To monitor student progressand make recommendations to the reporting manager if anyinterventions are needed to bridge thegap.
  • To create and evaluate MCQs Preand Posttest to measure the impact of coursesdelivered.
  • To maintain appropriaterecords of classroom training delivered and new resourcescreated
  • To take proactive steps toensure that the campus/classroom is functioning at optimum andproviding the best possible learning experience for students. Forinstance the trainer would be responsible for setting up of ITequipment or ensuring students receive the relevant pretests andposttests as each module isdelivered.

Requirements
  • 13years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably through workingin an educationalinstitute
  • Fantastic communicationskills and ability to deliver course material with full confidenceand vigour for sessions ranging from 2 to 4hours
  • Fluent oral as well as writtencommunication skills
  • Should bepunctual and disciplined to ensure all training begin and end ontime and do full justice to the topicdelivered.
  • Should be patient andsensitive towards trainees and their ability to grasp newconcepts
  • A good team player whobelieves in the concept of train and get trained at the same time
  • Good people skills and should havea passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing space ingeneral
