Job Description

Location: Adugodi, RBIN:

CLINICAL

Attend OPD and support primary and emergency care needs of patients. Emergency case referral & follow up. Preventative care programs implementation Conduct Pre-Medical examination for new associates as per protocol. Provide virtual consultation whenever necessary. Conceptualize and support vaccination drives. Conduct and support CNE for the nursing team Participate actively in awareness and advocacy of H&W programs like ‘The Wellness channel’

OPERATIONAL

Lead and support various Health and Wellness projects conceptualized centrally Conduct induction programs for new joiners related to health and wellness. Monitor inventory and support nursing team with guidance on timely replenishment. Occupational hygiene monitoring. Impart first aid training to employees. Legal compliance of the industry – Medical related. Attending various audits conducted at the Health and Wellness centre. Support in conceptualizing and participate actively in various Wellness initiatives Visiting the admitted employees/relatives in hospital if required/requested. Maintenance of the Healthcare network in the community. Periodic reviews of the empaneled medical facilities and relationship management Lead and Participate in the H&W centre audits as per laid protocol

ADMINISTRATIVE

Attending medical team, safety meetings/ canteen meetings. Visiting the empaneled hospitals & interact with external doctors. Organizing doctors‘ meet on quarterly basis to robust relationship with community based specialist doctors. Active participation in RO_MED meets & CMEs Observing the medical jurisprudence while working and vigilance on the Medical team. Monitoring and ensuring continuous deployment of paramedical staff. Managing Bosch Hospitalization Scheme (BHS) process Medical Leaves and medical fitness certification as per protocol

Qualifications

MBBS from Medical college recognized by MCI.

Preferable background (Training and skills): 3-5 yrs experience

Diploma / Degree in Family Medicine and/or Experience in primary care Experience in undertaking Health checks Experience in Casualty department, Field setup and / or ICU setup Language skills – English and Local language Exposure to Electronic Health records and comfortable with computers and technology interface Experience / exposure in a corporate and industrial setup Personal traits: Confident, thoughtful, interactive, team player and willing to learn
