Are you a seasoned Cyber & Application Security Manager with a flair for cyber security and security operations? If so, we want you to be a part of the SHL Team As a Cyber & Application Security Manager you’ll be responsible for driving the cyber, cloud, and network security strategies throughout SHL’s global network and cloud services environment.

What you will be doing: Designing and developing "Security by Design" processes, tools, and systems. Establish and manage security monitoring and incident response processes, & proactively monitoring 24-7 potential threats and vulnerabilities. Establishing standards in accordance with ISO 27000 series of standards, SOC2, Type II, Cloud Security Alliance CCM etc. Monitoring information security compliance among employees, vendors, and 3rd parties. Conducting information security assessment and identifying areas for improvements. Work with DevOps and Development teams for Application Security Reviews; vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, code reviews, and SDLC support. Perform security assessments on applications and designs and recommend mitigations.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential: Extensive experience in security operations (multi-cloud) for a global organization. Maintain SHL Vulnerability Management process -Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
Desirable: AWS / Azure security and network design & infrastructure Solid Experience in Agile Development and Java / SpringBoot Industry qualifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CISA, CISM, CRISC certifications
