Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensurethe implementation of approved departmental policies processes andprocedures
providing instructions to subordinates andmonitoring their adherence.
2. Lead and control theworkforce engaged in the overhaul and calibration of mechanicalequipment machinery and/or rudder andpropellerrelated work to ensure completion within allocatedman
hours and resources. 3.Coordinate work progress with project managers superintendentsother trades and within the
department.
4.Liaise with Invoicers/Estimators to ensure commercial targets aremet.
5. Organize and supervise the activities of a smallteam of subordinates engaged in mechanical
repairsmachine operation rudder repair propeller polishing balancinggouging Voss seal
servicing etc. ensuring efficient andcompliant work within a specific area of departmental
activity.
6. Prepare departmental reports accurately andon time to meet company and departmental
requirementspolicies and standards.
