Job Title: Safety Officer

Experience: Fresher

Job Overview: A Safety Officer is responsible for managing and supervising construction projects on-site. They work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to

ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards,

and adheres to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures specific to industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and job hazard analyses for all phases of construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, structural erection, and equipment installation.

3. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.

4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

6. Serve as a resource and advisor to project teams on safety-related matters, promoting a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.

7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.

8. Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

9. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Diploma Safety engineering , construction management,
  • Experience: Freshers
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
