Job Description

Overall responsibilities and duties:

In charge to drive an innovation project (concept, project timing ,validation according to the innovation process).

Criteria : Drives innovation projects with break-through innovation product

The main missions of the role are:

Technical responsibilities:

Define:

Innovation project planning Technical targets definition Build and grow competent Innovation team

Ensure :

Innovation project milestones are respected Compliance to the Innovation Delivery Process and deliverables Targeted business programs and pilot program are identified and up-to-date Project marketing & communication strategy is defined and developed Proper resource definition and allocation on each project That all risks on innovation projects are properly assessed, managed and removed, Report Innovation status (IRC, MIC, Gates) Report & Promote Innovation internally

Support:

Acquisition Worldwide network, drive outside communication with customer for external funding & promotion of Faurecia Innovations (TechDays…) Innovation fuelling process and assess new ideas/objectives, propose innovation solutions Technical targets definition

Management responsibilities:

Build and grow competent Innovation team Manage & secure projects Technical, Quality, Cost performances Drive partnerships with suppliers, Universities, Institutes. Manage and improve Innovation Delivery Process Team general management

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Batchelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering

Experience  :

10+ years of experience in Automotive Systems, Complete Seat, Structures & Components (Design/Testing/Manufacturing) Minimum 2yrs Innovation Project management

Skills and competencies

Leadership, team building, experience in management Communication and presentation skills English required Travelling if required. IATF, ISO Standard knowledge & support for its compliance Dealing with ambiguity Problem solving Driver for results Directing others
