Our search is on for Quality Engineers for our projects in Pune East and West , having experience of more than 9 years , being responsible for the project quality at residential and commercial projects.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance/control procedures and plans for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any potential quality issues.
  • Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit quality-related documentation to project stakeholders, including reports, certifications, and audit findings.
  • Ensure that all quality records are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily retrievable for audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the construction team on quality-related matters.
  • Communicate quality standards and requirements to all relevant personnel on-site and ensure that these are understood and followed.
  • Identify opportunities for improving quality management processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Ensure that detailed project snagging is done prior to the handover of the project to the facility team.
  • Ensure that quality issues are escalated to the higher-ups.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction quality management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for site personnel on quality control and assurance topics.

Skills & qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Quality Management or related field (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
