  1. Manage end to end recruitment and organisational structure: Job postings, sourcing,

interviewing and offer management.

2.Host internal recruitment events & employer branding initiatives

  1. Design and enhance onboarding processes for new hires.

Leave and Attendance Management

  1. Monitor and manage attendance and leave records through HRMS or manual systems.

Statutory Compliance

  1. Must have sound knowledge of all HR compliance.

  2. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc)

  3. Maintain compliance records and audit-ready documentation.

  4. Liaise with government departments and labor consultants as required.

  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Off-Roll/ Contractual Manpower Management

  1. Track and manage attendance and payments for off-roll manpower

  2. Coordinate with contractors/vendors for compliance documents (PF, ESI, wage slips)

  3. Verify bills and support documentation for vendor payments

  4. Ensure adherence to minimum wages and contract labor regulations
