Overview
Within the CTO division you will be responsible to develop, maintain and adjust the integration of systems in Bell’s and client’s environments between Amelia and distributed platforms and applications. You will design and maintain bidirectional and unidirectional workflows. You will use intelligence, scripting, and tools to manage change from development to testing to production environments. You will be responsible for Release Management and QA testing of integrated platforms.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Designing the Integration Flow
Leading discussions with stakeholders and system owners.
Troubleshooting issues with bi-directional, uni directionals work flows.
The ability to use intelligence, scripting, and tools to manage change from development to testing to production environments
Release Management, QA testing of the platform.
Review systems documentation, corporate knowledge base, and recommend immediate and permanent remediation and resolution to problems
Troubleshoot process execution problems and work with other team members to correct them
Maintain and adjust existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environments
Respond to trouble-tickets via an internal application and/or phone reports
Applying new knowledge (through training, mentoring, documented processes) to handle more difficult tasks
Plan and document systems, respond to all inquiries of systems to which he/she is responsible
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
Innovative quick thinker
Strong Team Player who enjoys collaborating to solve problems
Excellent verbal and written skills, along with outstanding customer service skills
Strong core java knowledge ( minimum JDK 1.8)
exposure/awareness of J2EE technologies (JMS minimum)
Apache Camel
SPRING tool stack - (Core Spring is necessary)
Web services (REST is a must)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Previous integration experience (preferably with Amelia)
