Responsabilidades:
  • Trabajarás junto a más de 100 personas certificadas en Salesforce cuya pasión es diseñar e implementar soluciones y aplicaciones en el ecosistema de Salesforce (sales, service, loyalty management, service voice, etc.).
  • Interactuar con el cliente extensamente, participando, junto con diseñadores, estrategas y arquitectos, en workshops de cocreación para definir las mejores soluciones.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar flujos de integración utilizando la plataforma Mulesoft Anypoint utilizando capacidades como Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center y administración de API.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas siguiendo los frameworks, metodologías como Api-Led Connectivity y las mejores prácticas de Salesforce.
  • Ayudarás a garantizar que las integraciones se diseñen e implementen como bloques de construcción reutilizables (bloques), según corresponda, bajo una estrategia de integración escalable.
  • Liderar sesiones de diseño técnico; diseñar y documentar soluciones técnicas alineadas con los objetivos comerciales del cliente; Identificar brechas entre los estados actuales y deseados del cliente.
  • Asegurar la confiabilidad y uptime de las integraciones a través de políticas de reintentos, manejo de errores, trazabilidad, etc.
  • De vez en cuando, se puede esperar que participe en otras actividades de preventa, como sesiones de descubrimiento y profundización técnica, y desarrollo de prueba de concepto (POC) con prospectos.
  • Trabajarás en un equipo con compañeros/as con diferentes perfiles: diseño, negocio, estrategia y otros perfiles técnicos.

Requirements
  • Profesional con experiencia definiendo técnicamente soluciones y aplicaciones en el ecosistema de Salesforce.
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia trabajando como ingenier@ apoyando el desarrollo y mantenimiento de integraciones de sistemas.
  • Experiencia en el diseño de especificaciones API utilizando YAML/RAML.
  • Experiencia con la administración de Mule, incluida la configuración y el ajuste.
  • Experiencia en el uso de MuleSoft Anypoint Platform para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de flujos de integración (Flow Designer y API Designer).
  • Experiencia en la definición/creación de capacidades a través de lenguajes de programación como Java, JavaScript y NodeJS fuera de una plataforma de integración.
  • Comprensión de la arquitectura de microservicios y las mejores prácticas relevantes.
  • Comprensión de los protocolos de autenticación web (SAML, SSO, OAuth) y API y
  • VM Queues.
  • Comprensión de los patrones de comunicación sincrónicos y asincrónicos y control y monitoreo de apps con Runtime Manager y API Manager.
  • Fuertes habilidades de modelado de datos para comprender y conectar modelos de datos externos a modelos de datos combinados.
  • Comprensión de los patrones de diseño clave, las limitaciones y mejores prácticas de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Comprensión de las consideraciones de visibilidad e intercambio de datos y cómo influyen en la arquitectura de la plataforma.
  • Gran conocimiento de la gestión del entorno, la gestión de versiones, las mejores prácticas de control de versiones de código y las metodologías de implementación.
  • Experiencia desarrollando/manteniendo soluciones CI/CD para la entrega de integraciones.
  • Certificaciones activas de Salesforce o capacidad para obtener certificaciones relevantes al momento de la contratación.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y proactiva.
