This role demands a mix of creativity, leadership, and hands-on execution. You’ll inspire and guide a team of designers, while also diving deep into the craft yourself—creating work that not only looks beautiful but delivers business impact.If you’re passionate about design, obsessed with craft, and excited about the possibilities of new creative tools (yes, including AI), this role is for you.Job Description :Inspire & LeadGuide and mentor a team of designers, pushing them to deliver their best creative work.Creative OwnershipLead concept development, visual storytelling, and execution across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor.CollaborationPartner with writers, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, brand-right campaigns.Quality & Brand ConsistencyEnsure every creative output is high-quality, on-brief, and visually impactful.Presentation & AdvocacyConfidently present and sell creative ideas to leadership and stakeholders.Innovation & ToolsStay ahead of design trends and leverage AI-based tools to keep creative outputs future-ready.Project ManagementBalance vision with execution—managing timelines, priorities, and resources without compromising quality.Job Requirements/Mandatory SkillsCreative Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.Design Expertise: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other leading design tools.AI Readiness: Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.).Strong Visual Sense: Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding.Conceptual & Executional Ability: Ability to think big and deliver with precision.Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to sell ideas internally and externally.Multi-channel Experience: Hands-on expertise across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.About Winner BrandsAt Winner Brands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
