Recruitment Team Lead

This is a great opportunity to be Recruitment Team Lead for one of Korn Ferry's new and exciting client within the India market.
In this role you will have the opportunity to be creative to inspire change, work on process improvements and implement strategy and initiatives to build a robust pipeline and attract the best talent in the market.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage teams of sourcers across the India region.
- Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
- Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client

- Be a subject matter expert on technology utilised within the recruitment process i.e. KF Recruit and the client ATS
- Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships
- Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner
- Developing and delivering client and management metrics and reporting
- Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team leadership/management experience in either an RPO or inhouse environment
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at different levels
- Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards and able to interpret data to diagnose route cause
- Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
