About the Role

KadamTech is looking for a results-driven and data-focused Performance Marketer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed performance reports to measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and development teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Performance Marketer / Paid Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide insights.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
