Ø Calling up the shortlisted candidates and scheduling the interviews.
Ø Coordinating the interviews with the departmental heads for technical round and with the Head HR and GM
Ø Checking and verifying all their original documents along with their Photostat copies.
Ø Giving facility round to the new joiners, introducing them to the key management people.
Ø Sending the candidates to the respective departments for their departmental induction.
Ø Sending the details of the New Joiners / doctors to the IT department and the key people of the organization so that their details can be uploaded in the HMS for OPD & IPD purposes.
Ø Maintaining the Personnel Files and updating the employee records for ready reference.
Ø Taking the candidates for medical checkups which includes various investigations & medical consultations
Ø Prepare Appointment Letter of New Joiners.
Ø Getting the appraisal forms of employees filled and then make their confirmation or extension letters accordingly. Coordinating with the departmental heads for getting their forms filled up.
Ø Keep a track record of employees and when they complete one year, getting their appraisal forms filled up
Ø Keeping the trainee records. When the trainees complete their training Period, filling their Appraisal form and sending it to their respective HOD.
Ø Getting the bank accounts opened of New Joiners for transfer the salary.
Ø Coordination& managing functions & special days
Any other activity assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,953.94 per month
