We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience in Defining Crew software technical roadmap and ensuring alignment to reference architecture, enterprise data standards, and modernisation priorities including cloud-first and AI-enhanced solutions.Paving the way for squads to deliver autonomously at pace. Removing technology blockers, decoupling applications and streamlining processes. Enabling velocity through tech enablers such as DevOps, containerisation, and API-first design.Planning, definition and high-level design of solutions; assist Squads to identify the right technologies and ensure sound architectural decisionsWorking with Chapter leads on defining and forecasting Crew tech capability requirements. Support implementation of practices, tooling and training provided in the Crew e.g. architecture, engineering governance and controls.Driving operational excellence and supports teams in charge of mission-critical production services with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.Driving good design, refactoring and technical debt elimination. - ensure technical debt and associated impacts are visible to Crew and work with POs to reduce it over timeEnsuring delivery within funding allocation, active management and mitigation of delivery and delivered riskAccountable for the development, performance management and career progression of a number of Technology roles e.g. Software and Systems EngineersTech SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:Sound knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, Microservices, and Rest API IntegrationCloud - AWS large scale data warehouse implementation experienceExtensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable and reliable software solutionsWorking knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes to improve productivityYou will have experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.Preferably have experience building Agentic AI systems using AutoGen, CrewAI, Pydantic, or similar frameworksProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and you are a daily user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc.Knowledge of or experience in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph , Hugging Face will be highly desirableStrong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problemsAbility to provide technical direction to teams, reviewing designs and code to ensure best practicesProficiency in agile development methodologies and iterative experimentation from ideation to prototype to pilot to productExp:15+ yrsSkill:Core Engineer, Developer— develop theCodeCloud modernisation, Implementation of AI/Ml, Gen AI, Process, design of the code, Stake holder managementFinancial crimeStrong leadership skillCo pilotTeam Size:70-80
