We are a renowned restaurant company seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager with a specialization in Social Media to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's online presence, engaging with our target audience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Create captivating and on-brand social media content, including images, videos, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, and proactively incorporate new strategies to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative designers and content creators, to develop high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a specialization in social media.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience with social media management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in content creation tools, photo and video editing software, and social media scheduling platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Passion for the culinary industry and a good understanding of the restaurant landscape.
