Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, primarily within the cybersecurity and networking sectors, to maintain and grow business relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity challenges to offer tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, and customer support to deliver seamless service and support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NETNXT Network products and services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews to clients.
  • Track and report on account metrics, forecasts, and performance to management.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to better serve clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation and records within the company CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within a cybersecurity organization or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, challenges, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or account growth targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
