This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Frontend Developer at Falcon Reality.The Frontend Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using front-end technologies and frameworks. They will work closely with design teams to create a seamless user experience and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Technical Skills- Proficiency in React, Typescript and Tailwind CSS - Understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration - Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) - Experience with unit testing and UI testing - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies)Additional Responsibilities- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components - Build scalable, maintainable frontend architecture - Collaborate with backend and design teams to refine user requirements - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness - Monitor and improve application performance and loading speeds - Maintain documentation of components, patterns, and workflows - Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and best practicesSoft Skills (Highly Valued)- Strong communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and UI/UX empathy - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solvingPreferred / Nice-to-Have- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) - Understanding of SEO principles for frontend apps
