We are seeking a skilled and motivated Simulation Expert with a focus on Discrete Event Simulations (DES) to support innovation initiatives. This role involves rapid development of simulation models to optimize manufacturing concepts and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Discrete Event Simulation models using Siemens Plant Simulation or similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and model manufacturing concepts.
Perform data analysis to inform simulation models and ensure accurate outcomes.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations for process improvements based on simulation results.
Independently manage simulation projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in simulation tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Discrete Event Simulations (DES).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Siemens Plant Simulation, FlexSim, Anylogic, Simio, or similar tools.
Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication : Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Adaptability : A keen interest in learning new manufacturing concepts and digital tools.

Knowledge of Siemens Plant Simulation or Other DES Tools
Candidates excelling in all three areas are ideal, but we welcome individuals with varying strengths:
If you have strong expertise in DES tools but limited experience in agile methodologies or communication, you are still encouraged to apply.
Candidates with less experience in DES but who exhibit strong agility and communication skills may also be considered. Training on Siemens tools will be provided for individuals demonstrating aptitude and potential.
