Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage projects, particularly focusing on ERP solutions such as ERPNext , while being hands-on with the technical implementation.
  • Write clean, scalable code in Python and JavaScript as needed, guiding the development team in solving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver project requirements.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, time, and budgetary constraints.
  • Track and ensure timely project milestones, maintaining a sharp focus on Turnaround Time (TAT) .
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication.


Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in coding and development with a strong focus on project management.
  • Hands-On Coding : Expertise in Python and JavaScript is a must ; ability to write, review, and troubleshoot code.
  • ERP Systems : Experience working in ERPNext implementations or similar ERP projects.
  • Full-Stack Development : Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Experience working on government contracts or public sector projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in handling escalations, managing client relationships , and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certifications will be a plus.
