Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional (Project Manager _ Innovation OR New Product Development) with expertise in functional roles and adaptable across various domains within the FMCG industry. Good to be PMP / Prince2 certified, the ideal candidate will possess 5 to 12 years of project management experience coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Experience in the pharma sector is desirable, with the ability to prepare case studies and demonstrate continuous improvement (CI).Roles and Responsibilities: Lead planning and coordination workshops to define project scope and align stakeholders.Serve as the primary driver of projects, assuming the role of Project Leader as required.Demonstrate expertise in Risk Management and Risk Assessment.Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships effectively.Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Utilize advanced MS Project skills for project planning and scheduling management.Apply knowledge of concepts like Critical Path, Crashing, and Float to develop project plans.Prioritize milestone identification and Critical Path analysis.Preferred experience in New Product Development within FMCG or related industries.Must have Project Management Book knowledge (Schedule Variance, Cost Variance)Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate degreeStrong interpersonal and communication skills Candidate with Immediate joining to 30 days notice period will be a preference
