Overview: As an MBBS Doctor Medical Officer you will play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare to patients both in outpatient and inpatient settings. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions providing patient care and promoting health education and disease prevention. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the overall wellbeing of the patients and will require strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Conducting medical consultations and physical examinations of patientsOrdering and interpreting diagnostic testsDiagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnessesPrescribing medications and other treatmentsProviding emergency medical care and triageOffering counseling and health education to patients and their familiesCollaborating with specialists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient careParticipating in clinical research and studiesKeeping accurate and updated medical recordsFollowing clinical protocols and guidelinesManaging and coordinating healthcare services and resourcesParticipating in quality improvement initiativesContributing to medical training and education programsAdhering to medical ethics and legal standardsRemaining updated with latest medical advancements and best practicesRequired Qualifications:

MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical schoolValid medical license to practicePrevious experience in clinical medicine or residency trainingProficiency in medical diagnosis and treatment planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare teamStrong ethical and professional conductSound knowledge of medical ethics and lawsCapability to handle emergency medical situationsCommitment to ongoing medical education and skill enhancementEmpathy and compassion towards patientsAbility to manage time and work efficiently under pressureUnderstanding of healthcare management and recordkeepingFamiliarity with clinical research methodologiesWillingness to work in shifts and oncall duties
