Our integrated platform enables our clients to experience a seamless end-to-end supply chain solution.We’re currently seeking an experiencedFreight Forwarding Pricing & Operations Specialistto join our remote global team.✳️ Position OverviewThis is a full-time remote rolefocused onpricing, carrier negotiation, and operational coordinationfor international shipments.You will work directly with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to prepare quotes, manage bookings, and ensure smooth cargo execution from pickup to final delivery.This role suits professionals who already understand freight forwarding workflows (especially ocean export/import) and can independently handle daily operations with precision and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and trucking partners.Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for both import/export RFQs and spot inquiries.Coordinate bookings, documentation, and compliance with carriers and overseas partners.Manage end-to-end shipment visibility through to final delivery, including pre-alerts, BL issuance, and D/O release.Work closely with our overseasWCAandJCTransagents for routing, transshipment, and consolidation requirements.Collaborate with sales teams to support trade lane development and bid submissions.Ensure profitability through cost control, margin analysis, and operational efficiency.Maintain shipment data in CRM and TMS systems for internal reporting.QualificationsMinimum3–5 years of experienceininternational freight forwarding (air & ocean)— pricing or operations-focused.Strong understanding ofcarrier rate structures, surcharges, and INCOTERMS .Experience dealing withNVOCCs, shipping lines, and airline consolidators .Excellent communication and coordination skills with agents and carriers.Familiarity withcustoms documentation(B/L, AWB, ISF, manifest filing, etc.).Proficiency withTMS ,Excel , and freight management systems.Ability to workindependentlyin a fast-paced remote environment.Bachelor’s degree inLogistics, International Business, or Supply Chainpreferred.What We OfferCompetitivebase pay with performance incentivesRemote work flexibility across global time zonesOpportunity to collaborate with worldwide WCA and JCTrans partnersExposure to multi-modal freight operationsand cross-border logisticsGrowth opportunities in a rapidly expanding international divisionSupportive environment backed bycustoms brokerageandasset-based truckingHow to ApplyIf you have a strong freight forwarding background and thrive in pricing and operational coordination, we’d love to hear from you.Apply directly through LinkedIn.Hashtags for Reach#FreightForwarding #LogisticsJobs #FreightOperations #FreightPricing #NVOCC #OceanFreight #AirFreight #InternationalLogistics #RemoteJobs #SupplyChain #RRAGroupInc
