Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at One97 Communications Limited, located in Guntur East. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, addressing any issues that arise, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
